Accessories To Wear For Wedding Tuxedos and Formal Wear

Even though you might have already found the right wedding tuxedos and formal menswear, your look does not end there. You will need accessories to top off your look. Finding the right accessories can be as difficult as looking for the right suit or tuxedo. To help you with this, below are some examples of accessories to complete your wedding attire.
Choose the right tie
Being able to tie your own tie is equally important as making the right choice of color and style. For the groom, groomsmen and guests, their tie color should be determined by the main color of the wedding. If the bridesmaids are wearing blue dress, the bride will most likely ask the men to wear a tie of the same color. While you may think that you are going to look absolutely dashing in ready-made bowties or clip-ons, do not ever wear them to a wedding. You may, of course, choose a classic tux with a silk or satin bow tie in black and a cummerbund. Another alternative is to wear a solid black tie and a vest.
Belts
When it comes to tuxes and formal menswear, belts are unnecessary. You do not need to wear a belt, since you already have a cummerbund, waistcoat or suspenders.
Cufflinks
To make a subtle statement, wear cufflinks. They put an elegant and personal touch to your whole outfit. There are so many cufflinks designs that you can choose from, so be careful with what colors you choose. For daytime weddings, pearl or silver cufflinks should be your best bet. For evening weddings, black or gold cufflinks are the perfect choice. If you are renting a tuxedo, you will probably have the option to wear cufflinks or forego them. Since you may not always go to formal weddings, you might as well wear cufflinks to make your look extra cool and classy.
Shoes
What most women look at when meeting a guy for the first time is his choice of shoes. Women judge men by the shoes they wear. So, if you want to look more appealing to the women, choose the right shoes. For formal weddings, especially those held in the evening, choose black or plain-toe oxfords. You can wear brown shoes for daytime weddings. Make sure that your shoes are polished and shiny for the event. Do not ruin your look by arriving in dirty shoes. Most importantly, match your shoes with your choice of wedding tuxedos and formal menswear.
